About the Role
As a Leasing Agent at Crystal View Properties, you will be responsible for leasing commercial and residential properties to tenants. This includes marketing properties, showing properties, negotiating leases, and coordinating with the property management team to ensure smooth move-ins and move-outs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in leasing or sales
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience with marketing and advertising
Knowledge of property management software
